Today, artificial intelligence (AI) plays a critical role in elevating operations and public service delivery. Government agencies and private organizations alike must accelerate their adaptation to navigate the AI Transformation era systematically and effectively. This requires strong foundations in data governance, legal and security risk management, and clear guidelines for the appropriate use of AI.
Athentic Consulting Co., Ltd. hosted its annual seminar, the "2026 Athentic Consulting Conference," at the Grand Ballroom, 2nd Floor, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel, under the theme "Preparing Your Organization for the AI Transformation Era." The event served as a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among Thailand's relevant organizations, drawing over 300 participants from more than 130 public and private sector agencies.

Dr. Kampon Adireksombat, CEO of Athentic Consulting, welcomed attendees and shared key emerging trends in AI and data transformation. He emphasized that the AI wave is here to stay and will continue to shape every part of an organization. Driving this transformation requires a clear AI Strategy that balances three core dimensions: (1) Innovation, (2) Regulation and Governance, and (3) Value to the organization. Building strong AI Governance as a foundation for organizational transformation requires attention to four key pillars: People, Process, Technology, and Data.

Mr. Nattawat Woranopakul, Deputy Director of the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA), presented guidance for public sector organizations on how to manage internal data effectively before deploying AI for real impact. He was followed by Dr. Wuttichai Wongtassaneeyakorn, Chief Technology Officer of Athentic Consulting, who presented approaches to developing data architecture that supports seamless future data integration in the session "Evolution of Data Architecture to Prepare for Future Data Integration."

Dr. Sunthorn Sirapaisan, Head of Research and Acting Director of Research and Development at the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), presented cybersecurity best practices for organizations advancing toward AI adoption, highlighting that today's threats are more complex and evolve faster than ever before. Mr. Muenphu Rattanaprathum, CEO of Synority Co., Ltd., followed with practical frameworks on Zero Trust and Cyber Resilience that organizations can implement.

Police Colonel Surapong Plengkham, Secretary-General of the Personal Data Protection Committee, discussed the connection between personal data protection and the increasingly widespread use of AI.
This was followed by a hands-on workshop led by experts from the Athentic Consulting Group titled "AI Governance in Practice: Using AI Safely Under Data Governance × PDPA × Cyber Security," where participants practiced analyzing simulated scenarios, assessing risks, and designing approaches they could apply within their own organizations.

Dr. Kampon Adireksombat, CEO, and Mr. Pornthep Ruethaicharoenlap, CMO of Athentic Consulting, presented "Data-Centric Transformation," the company's approach to supporting public and private organizations through this transition by placing data at the center of every decision—both at the policy and operational levels.
The success of this conference reaffirms that the journey toward the AI era is not just about technology. It is about preparing people, processes, and governance frameworks together.
