On 18 March 2022, Athentic Consulting Co., Ltd. was invited by the Information Technology Club, Association of Thai Securities Companies (ASCO), to hold special seminar on topic of Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). The seminar aimed to outline scope of the PDPA, and to guide lawful processing of personal data pursuant to the PDPA specifically for securities companies.
In addition, we were joined by our special guest speaker, Assistant Professor Dr. Piyabutr Bunaramrueang, lecturer from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. Even though the event was held online due to the COVID-19 breakout, up to 300 people participated in the meeting.
